Paul and his helper did a great job! Professional and fast.
When I called to get a quote for cleaning my carpets I was told at the most it would be $150. The man never mentioned to me about using a special treatment for pet odors nor did he ever mention that it would cost an extra $100 per gallon. I had no clue about this and his failure to mention any of this to me makes me mad!! I assumed he was doing a regular carpet cleaning based on our conversation. Very professional, quick and easy service. Our carpets were in bad condition due to pets, but after getting them clean they looked brand new. High recommend!
I always say the best asset a business has is who is working and running the place. Chem Dry is now my go-to for anything carpet or upholstery. Great people and great work! If I could give 10 stars I would! They made sure my sofa was cleaned and that I was completely satisfied and they did a great job to begin with! John and his son are excellent at what they do and inspired me to take time out of my busy day to leave this review for you!
