I’ve used Chem Dry for years. Scheduling is quick and easy. My carpets always look great and dry quickly. I’ll continue to use Chem Dry for years to come.
They showed up on time and did an excellent job….would recommend them to anyone. Very Professional!
This is the worst company in cleaning carpets and they ruined my linen headboard. The tech said he’d test a portion of the headboard to get the stain out but instead applied his machine and spread the stain on the entire headboard. I complained to the owner but after promising to return never would respond to my texts to correct the damage. The next carpet cleaner told me he also had to remove a lot of soap residue in the carpet. Would not recommend!! Brian is the owner.
No show no call. No return call after 4 calls the day cleaning was scheduled. Why make the appt you have no intention of keeping.
No show. Scheduled a cleaning for 11/10/23. The technician sent a reminder text the night before and I responded with "thank you". Texted him at 9:15 the morning of for an ETA. He responded "10:30-11?" I said Perfect! I have tried since right before noon to get ahold of him, and there has been no response. It is now 4:48 pm, and has not shown. I boarded my dogs today for this cleaning. Not cool. Update: He had a family emergency and his employee didn't have my phone number nor the correct address and he wasn't able to reach ... read more
