I had a very good experience with 5-Star Chem Dry. They showed up on time, and virtually resurrected a Berber carpet that my poor suffering-from-kitty-dementia cat had urinated on for the last few months of his life. I wasn't sure that the carpeting could be saved, but they pulled it off. Well done!
Very expensive and bad job they charged me $200 for 2 bottles of liquid for eliminated the bad smell of pe of the carpet and was lie. the carpet is the same and the smell worse and He told me if they charged me $180 just to show up I paid $ 300 for nothing please never call this company and my apartment is very small
I only use ChemDry of Seattle to clean my carpets. They are easy to work with, professional, thorough and do an amazing job. In particular, a shout out for Rick, who cleaned the carpets in our house today. Best technician we've ever had. Arrived early, was incredibly thorough on stain removal (we have a 50 pound puppy and a muddy back yard) and my carpets have never looked better. 5 stars all the way around.
Chemdry of Seattle is the Best!! I have been using this company for years and they are always on time.I love the fast drying time and the professional staff. I have referred themto many of my friends and family with convidence. I have pets and haveused there pet urine removal product when one of my pets has an accident, it works!!
Thorough and Professional – I had gotten three bids and theirs was competitive. I like the "dries quickly" thing especially in this part of the country. Don't call them if you want a quick job though, They were careful getting the equipment in and out and even put on booties over their shoes. My 4 year old carpet looked like new. This was its first cleaning since installed.
