I received a friendly appointment reminder a day ahead. Francisco arrived on time, and was friendly and helpful. He did a really professional, thorough job, making my old carpet look better than it has in years! I highly recommend Chem Dry of Santa Cruz, and especially Francisco.

Horrible carpet cleaners. My carpet is brand new less than a year old and I paid 440 dollars to have the carpets cleaned in my home. When I returned home from work the carpets are still filthy. They clearly still have dirt in them because you can see the discoloration in the carpet. The carpet was crunchy and when I ran my steam cleaner over the area that was supposedly cleaned the water came out black.
