Rick did an excellent job on my carpets including a Persian area rug, hallway runners and a recliner. He was efficient and took great care with the equipment used while in my home. Rick and the chem dry process (an alternative to steam cleaning) was recommended to me by others who have also been consistently pleased with his services. Highly recommend.
I have been using Chem-Dry of Portsmouth (Rick Miller) for more than 15 years. As a boutique hotel owner and manager of 80 other properties, I have relied on Rick to keep them up to my very high standards. He never fails. Just recently I had a problem with large amounts of blood saturating a light colored wool carpet. I thought I was done for - but Rick fit me in on short notice and was able to get the stains out - amazing. His company is the standard by which all others are measured!!
