On time, the rugs look new again and great price.
I called Stanley Steamer to get some blood out of my carpets when my dog injured herself. They were not able to get a single stain out. I then called Chem-Dry and they look almost brand new. They are miracle workers! Don't waste your time or money anywhere else. 10/10. Highly recommend.
I was impressed with ChemDry of Northern Maryland from the minute I called for an appointment. Shannon listened carefully to my needs and offered very reasonable prices for cleaning two recliners and a 10x12 Persian wool area rug. She was able to give me an appointment that same week, with her husband Jeremy. Jeremy arrived on time and was very friendly and courteous.
