Jeremy did a great job ! He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. I had a red stain on my carpet that I thought was permanent but Jeremy remove the stain my carpet looks brand new . The price was great and highly recommend !
December 2023: The guy arrived and refused to do the entire room. He did only HALF the living room and I am not kidding. I was still charged full price $225. I wouldn't recommend.
This group was great to deal with from the original email contact to the communication back-and-forth regarding what we wanted done and setting up a date. The technician was on time and took the time to do a pre-walk-through to understand the fabrics on our chairs and the totality of what we want done. They did an excellent job on every piece they touched! They did 4 upholstered chairs, three large area rugs, one carpeted room and a sectional sofa.
On time, the rugs look new again and great price.
I called Stanley Steamer to get some blood out of my carpets when my dog injured herself. They were not able to get a single stain out. I then called Chem-Dry and they look almost brand new. They are miracle workers! Don't waste your time or money anywhere else. 10/10. Highly recommend.
