Don't be fooled by the name like we were! No "chemical odor", just carbonated water. And it works. And it dries in a fraction of the time. Thank you to Chem-Dry for making our carpets look amazing again.
My first time using Chem Dry and they were excellent! They were very friendly and did a great job at explaining everything to me. They took a lot of time with the cleaning and were not like other companies that rush through everything. I also had some pet odor spots that they used a special treatment on and it took the odor right out. Overall, I highly recommend them!!
Great Results with Great Customer Service Chem-Dry did an amazing job on our carpets. They also were able to get out the pet urine odor and pet urine stains which we thought was nearly impossible. The cleaners were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the process. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience.
Excellent customer service with attention to detail. Very professional and friendly to work with, I would definitely have them back again.
Good but Pricey We had them do the carpets in late May. They used some stuff that was supposed to remove pet odor. It worked OK but the man used 4 gallons of the stuff... and when he gave my husband the bill it was $500 and the carpet took 3 days to dry.The carpet looked good, but it didn't stay any cleaner than it does when I do it myself.
