Joseph and Michelle were amazing from start to finish!!! Michelle answered all my questions that made me feel 200% about scheduling services with them. Joseph showed up exactly on time, answered all my questions, provided wonderful customer and product services, and I recommend them to anyone!! Pet and family friendly products. 10/10 recommend! Cleaned all my rooms, hallway, rugs and upholstery!

Amazing experience! We are moving across the country and carpet cleaning/pet deodorizing was one of the last items on our “project list.” Joseph came out and cleaned/deodorized all of the carpet in our home (4bedrooms, hallway, and stairs). I usually get sick from the chemicals used for carpet cleaning. But not this time! So happy & our carpet looks beautiful.
Today, Joseph cleaned a sofa, loveseat, 2 side chairs, and conditioned a leather chair. They look amazing! He explained his process, offered me options for treatments (and did not pressure me when I declined), and was very fast and efficient. I highly recommend Chem-Dry of Mount Vernon. My entire experience has been very positive.
