No Call, No Show! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Scheduled an appointment for upholstry cleaning. Changed up weekend plans to be available during the window of time given for the service. After half an hour, I called to see when they would arrive only to be told that there was rain this morning.... too much rain to send someone out today. I asked why I didn't receive notice that the service was canceled; instead I had to call them. We have used Chem-Dry of Manhattan twice now over the past year, and they have done a terrific job. One child's wall-to-wall carpeted bedroom had a number of hard to remove stains, and the cleaning made it look so much better. I would unhesitatingly recommend them.

Chem dry of Manhattan is incredibly disorganized and unprofessional. If you value your time, I would avoid this company. I scheduled a couch cleaning twice and they failed to show up both times. Manager said he would call me back and never did. Same thing happened last year (I think it took 3 scheduled tries before they actually came). I wanted to give them then a second shot because of Covid but at this point it just seems like they are unprofessional.

Michael was kind, professional, courteous and efficient. Plus he did a great job in cleaning my mattress. If I could give him a 5+ rating I would.
