Best carpet cleaning service we've ever had and the PURT treatment for pet urine odors is amazing! We tried other things ourselves to no avail and were super impressed with Chris and the PURT treatment and shampooing from Chem-Dry. Chris was thorough in his pet inspection of the room and also with the treatment/shampooing. Their pet odor removal solution smells sooooo much better than Nature's Miracle (it's kind of fruity smelling) and actually got rid of the odor. Technician was not helpful. We paid for an upholstery cleaning with the pet urine removal treatment. Now our couch just smells like pet urine plus chemicals. Did not help the problem at all.
Chem Dry did a great job on my carpet I highly recommend there services.
