08/08/2019 UPDATE - Owners reply has proven my review. I did not shed a tear in court. Maybe has me confused with someone else who sued him? If all my couch needed to be fixed was to be 'sprayed with water', why did it take you over 6 weeks to order a special part to fix it? And why did you wait to mention that water spray fix until our day in court and not anytime before? The judge awarded me court fees and reimbursement for couch cleaning. I just had a lovely morning in court with the owner of this business. If you like doing business with a company that has integrity, honesty and is knowledgeable in this industry - this is NOT who you should choose. Getting them to show up is impossible. My prized velvet couch is destroyed :( Velvet is a material that should not be soaked in water.
