We just had the local Chemdry folks over to clean our carpets. At first, things looked fine. Then, we decided to run the vacuum over the carpets. An unbelievable amount of dirt and residue came out! We ended up vacuuming four times. Also, there was soap-like residue on the baseboards and furniture. We didn't call them back because things were so bad that we didn't want them in our house again. Never again for Chemdry. Just unbelievable!!
Called for quote and Bob called me back with a nasty attitude about calling after hours and wanting an estimate. When I told him I was no longer interested he said good luck. Stay away!! Very unprofessional!
We have used Bob's Chem Dry services for years. He is courteous, on time and knows his business. The Chem-Dry process is so much better than steam cleaning or any other type of cleaning. It is non-allergenic, which is good for asthma sufferers. There is no noisy van outside and hoses coming into the house. It takes about two hours "drying time" before furniture can be moved back in place. We recommend Bob's Chem-Dry of Green Valley!
