Polite, informative, professional, thorough. The original richness of the carpeting color was restored. Price was higher than steam cleaners, but the result was well worth it.
I had a unique carpet cleaning problem. My cat vomited in our bedroom many times over a period of several months. Unfortunately, if we didn’t see her do it, it would dry, and we couldn’t actually see it on the carpet because of the color, a medium taupe. However under a black light, we could see many many spots. I have always used Chem Dry with great success so that’s who I called. The owner, Don, said he had never seen anything like it. I will never call this business again for cleaning my carpet. Because I am elderly, I truly believe I was treated like I was a person unaware of my wits. Sadly, i am handicapped. Fortunately because I am handicapped, my caregivers take care of me. When my caregiver saw the finished job the next day, she was appalled. She found spots & said the joy was badly done. I had been scammed.
