I will never call this business again for cleaning my carpet. Because I am elderly, I truly believe I was treated like I was a person unaware of my wits. Sadly, i am handicapped. Fortunately because I am handicapped, my caregivers take care of me. When my caregiver saw the finished job the next day, she was appalled. She found spots & said the joy was badly done. I had been scammed.

Really pleased with the service that Don and his team provided. I’ve had several other carpet cleaning companies come out before but this was my first time with ChemDry. Don was able to get up all my stubborn stains and the carpet looks fantastic. Easy to schedule a day and they were very responsive to my question.
