I will never call this business again for cleaning my carpet. Because I am elderly, I truly believe I was treated like I was a person unaware of my wits. Sadly, i am handicapped. Fortunately because I am handicapped, my caregivers take care of me. When my caregiver saw the finished job the next day, she was appalled. She found spots & said the joy was badly done. I had been scammed.
From our initial phone call to schedule the appointment to their on-time arrival, our experience was professional, courteous, and exceeded our expectations. As the owner of the family business, Don and his colleague were knowledgeable and delivered an excellent outcome. Really pleased with the service that Don and his team provided. I’ve had several other carpet cleaning companies come out before but this was my first time with ChemDry. Don was able to get up all my stubborn stains and the carpet looks fantastic. Easy to schedule a day and they were very responsive to my question.
Don has taken great care of our carpets over the years. We highly recommend him! He even came back out to touch up an area at no charge recently. He takes pride in his work and has a great attitude.
