Had my carpets done on March 13. The employee used a buffing machine. I called and spoke to owner. I explained we are not here full time and he said when I get back he would have my carpets done again at no charge. I called three times this month(October) left message for owner to call me back. No call back so I am posting this as a negitive review. You have to mark a star so if I could I would not give them any stars.I will not be using this company again.

I have used Chem-Dry of Duval for many years, but this will be my last time. First, I was disappointed that there was a stain in my carpet that they didn't remove. Second, the technician showed up an hour and a half earlier than scheduled and the owner (Ishmael) called me to confirm the time even though they were already at my house! And finally, I negotiated the same price over the phone as the last time they cleaned, but when they came they increased the price. Again, very pleased with Vinny from Chem-Dry. They got in/out in a decent amount of time, on time. Put everything in it's place and NO MESS.. They are always my first call for any carpet cleaning jobs. For the great job they do they are reasonably priced. See ya next year Vinny. Thank you.
