I have used Chem dry for 30yrs in the different states. This unfortunately will be my first terrible review. They came to clean our new carpets. We needed them cleaned because it had rained for several days and mud had got tracked across the living room. They came on time and the gentleman were friendly. Customer service was great. The problem was after the carpet was cleaned, we were left with a terrible odor!!! This is NEW CARPET no odor whatsoever before removing dirt. Alec and Aaron from Chem Dry today did a wonderful job of cleaning the tile in several rooms of our house. I would definitely recommend them. And will use Chem Dry again, as we have for quite a few years.

I was very much pleased with the two guys that cleaned my entire home. I observed the team work. Their interaction was precise, they moved as one nonverbally. It was a beautiful thing to see. In the future I would request this team specifically. They have earned my loyalty. Owners please look up the names of these guys that serviced my home. I am not home now I don’t have their names off of the invoice. If I was I would have mentioned them by name.
