Arrived 40 minutes late - said I wasn't on his calendar when I called to ask if he was still coming to the appointment. He said he would cancel the other person he had on his schedule and come to my house instead. I'm sure that person was pretty upset that he cancelled on her with no notice. ChemDry did an incredible job on my very soiled carpets. I had a rental space where two dogs were living. When the tenant left there were very dark spots all over the cream colored carpet that I could only guess were vomit or feces. ChemDry came out to the property to assess the situation and provided a quote in advance of cleaning. While there he used a black light to show me all of the urine solid areas as well that were naked to the human eye. Ben was fantastic! He was communicative and professional. Did a wonderful job! He showed me before & after pictures and I could not believe it. Used as a cleaning before moving out of our rental. Would definitely use them again!
