We had Mary and Chem-Dry of Cape Cod clean an area rug, and I can't recommend them enough. They were very professional, the rug came out great and the price was very reasonable. I checked three different places nearby West Harwich and they had the best price for area rug cleaning (per square foot). Mary explained the process very clearly and set realistic expectations and timeline. We dropped the rug off and it was ready about 2 weeks later. It was such a great experience working with Chem-Dry of Cape Cod of Cape Cod on my Carpets. The customer service was excellent from scheduling to coming onsite. They really explained the process and possible outcomes before they got started. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and will use this company in future.

Chem Dry in Harwich is a family owned franchise, a small business. They did a wonderful job cleaning an area rug for me at a reasonable price. My experience indicates Mary and Greg are customer centric. I was even able to get expedited service. I highly recommend this business.
