Chem-Dry of Auburn/Lincoln has cleaned our carpeting for the past six years. They do a super job and never leave any stains. When they cleaned for the first time there were stains in the carpet left by animals that were here before. Chem-Dry was able to remove all of those and the carpet looked like new. They are very professional and are always on time. Would highly recommend their service.

We have used this Chem-Dry for years. Don and Betty are fantastic! Their service is always wonderful. They do an incredibly thorough job of cleaning our carpet. Our 15 year old carpet still looks great due to their care. Highly recommend.
If you have pets, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We spent the entire morning getting ready for our cleaning just to be baited and switched into an optional service. We have used this same company in the past with no issues and they normally ask if we want the extra service. We already received our estimate over the phone without the extra service and were ready. This time the associate was basically forcing us to get a service we didn’t want done. In the end we will never use this company again.
So very pleased with excellent job done . There were several stains in my dining area and they were able to get them up. I am very happy with job and have scheduled for next year , the end of March 2020.
