Trevelle was amazing! First of all, I called same-day and was able to receive service within 2hrs. The technician Trevelle was professional, courteous, diligent, thorough… all the things you can expect when hiring a company to perform a service. We had our bedrooms, 9ft sectional, headboard and area rugs cleaned, I am beyond satisfied! Thank you Trevelle and Chem-Dry, I will be using your services again for years to come!

I have used Chem-Dry for 3/4 years and will continue ! Chris is efficient ! Knows materials well ! Is on time ! And incredibly reasonable . He has cleaned a variety or rugs for me : Orientals ! Dhirries ! ( Indian cotton which many companies won’t even try ) “Regular” rugs Straw-like rugs - don’t know proper names . He also made an old sofa look new . He is just fine on all counts

I am new to the area and needed a company that could clean my couch and area rug. I have a dog that isn’t allowed on the couch but will sometimes get up there when I am not home. The white area rug had typical signs of foot traffic. I called several carpet cleaners in the area and they all gave estimates around $200 or more to clean a 5x7 synthetic area rug and a 3 seater couch. Not Chem-Dry! Great communication before the cleaning and an awesome, professional cleaner the day of. If I wasn't moving out of the area, I would definitely use them again!
