The carpet cleaning was great. They cleaned up two years of pee from two dogs that never finessed potty training. I am super happy with the results. Would recommend them to anyone. Before and after photos.
Chem-Dry arrived promptly begin work, and proceeded to do a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. Some stains looked hopeless but they vanished! The old carpets look good as new! Great job Chem-Dry, you have my endoresement.
I reached out to inquire about their services and was connected to a customer care rep via text. I specifically told the rep that I was interested in their services due to pet urine. I also stated it was only for 2 bedrooms. I was told that it would be $150 and they scheduled with me. The gentleman arrived this morning and was very professional and kind. I'm disappoint in the service you are now providing. I thought the last time may have been an exception but it appears to be the standard now. This will be the last time I use your company.
I booked Chem-Dry to clean a queen size mattress and was quoted $150 total, itemized as $120 for the mattress, $20 for deodorizer, and $10 for protectant. I also knew there was a $150 minimum trip charge. No issue with that. The issue is the company’s pricing and communication are a mess. When the technician arrives, I’m told they don’t even have protectant, so one of the things I was quoted for literally couldn’t be done.
