The team that came to my house today was outstanding. They took the time to explain everything. They really paid attention to every detail. My carpets have been cleaned by many companies but there is not one that compares to the results I get with Chem Dry. You are wasting your money using anyone else. We currently have a puppy and in the potty training fun. We have spilled things, normal wear and tear, tracked in mud and just couldn't get them clean. There is not one spot on our carpet now. Im a life time customer for sure.
Had appointment set and they came after calling 20 minutes before the new time. They were quick efficient in and out and we were very happy with the job.
Adam was very friendly and his coworker did a great job cleaning/deodorizing our new home. Stanley steemer was called previously a few days before we moved in and did not meet expectations like chem dry did. Great customer service on the phone (Amy) and in person. Highly recommend, will be returning customers.
I had them come out and clean my carpet that my older dog had had accidents on and not only urine. They made them look like new! Thank you Chem-dry. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!!
