It took 3 calls to get them to finally schedule my carpet cleaning appointment. I waited 3 weeks, took off work and they didn't show up. When I called the secretary Sheila said if had gotten moved somehow to the next day. She said she would call me back and never did. I called a local company and they came right out and did a better job than ChemDry ever did. And Chemdry never called me back. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend them to anyone anymore. Sadly, there business is not what it used to be.
I hired Golden Chem-Dry to remove cat urine from my new sofa. Tony was upfront in letting me know there was a possibility that the fabric could get discolored because of the chemicals used for this particular type of cleaning on this particular fabric. He did an amazing job, really took his time and the sofa is like new! Didn’t have to throw out my new sofa - just my son who brought his cat over!! Lol! Thanks, Golden Chem-Dry!
Golden Chem Dry in Beaumont did an amazing job on my huge rug in my living room. We had some stains on certain areas and they were able to remove all of them! The rug looked so much better once it was cleaned. They took the rug, cleaned it and delivered in a timely manner! Everyone was courteous and professional. I will definitely use them in the future!

Absolutely amazing our rooms smell 10 times better than what they did before they got here. Would recommend Golden Chem to anyone who is in need of a quick once over and odor free house. Dries in a timely fashion and they are great at explaining the process as they go about their jobs.
