I had a hot-water pipe leak that ran underneath my fully carpeted study room. Danny from Chem-Dry came and totally helped with the situation. Calmy diagnosed the issue and explained the options we can pursue. He put two massive fans in the room, both blowing hot air that dried not just the surface of the carpet but also the delicate layers beneath it. He then came back six days later to complete the job, leaving the room immaculately vacuumed and smelling very fragrant.
We were absolutely delighted with the results of the cleaning of our carpet and leather chairs. David is a friendly and highly professional operator who takes pride in providing a first class service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!
Dave came to my rescue after another operator left serious water stains throughout the house. David was super professional, reassuring and managed to work miracles restoring the carpet. Highly recommend!
