I have an elderly relative suffering from Dementia, who desperately needed her carpet cleaned. Her illness is severe & I worried she might not allow the cleaners to do their job. But I was pleasantly surprised when I learned that the 2 man crew (especially James) had experience with elderly Dementia customers; they were very sensitive to the situation, and were able to work with her and get the job done! The place looks cleaner, smells better, and it was all done at a very affordable price. I highly recommend Chem-Dry and James' crew!!
