They say it will remove most of your stains and odors however it did not remove any of my stains or odors. I've gotten better results from my hand held carpet cleaner. I thought doing it professionally would have been better but its not. Don't waste your money i spent $350 for one room stairs and a landing. Never again.
I am a new customer with this company and i was very pleased with their cleaning I would recommened them and I would use them again
Get everything in writing ahead of time and hold them to it--or skip this business. This includes appointment time. They showed up early twice so we weren't ready and then told us we should have prepared for them earlier in the week. (Sure I'd be glad to :-) lose money from my job to prepare early for someone who changes appointments for their convenience--no problem.)
