Can't recommend enough! John is polite and professional. Was upfront and honest about expected results on my WHITE extremely soiled stained carpet, the carpet was truly horrific, so badly stained and full grey/black track running on all the wear areas, plus endless individual stains. The results were outstanding! I have white carpet again! Was going to rip it up, it was that bad! but thanks to John it's back to former glory! Would rate more than five stars if I could! Thanks a bunch John , I will be a lifelong customer!
