THE SERVICE WAS PROMPT AND THE PRICE WAS BETTER THAN ADVERTISED BUT THAT WOULD BE MEANINGLESS IF THE WORK WASN,T FIRST CLASS.THESE CARPETS LOOK BEAUTIFUL AND THERE WAS HARDLY ANY DISRUPTION TO OUR BUSY DAY.

Justin did a great job on our carpeting and furniture. He was a little bit late due to traffic and, with no complaint from us, gave us an add-on service to make up it. He made sure he understood our expectations and needs and then took his time and explained everything he was going to do and again while he was doing it. He did a thorough job.
