Im giving him a 1/2 star for showing up. My carpet looked no cleaner than before him came. After it smelled of old dirty towels. I ended up cleaning my self which is what I was trying to avoid after just finishing painting my condo myself. Save your money

He was very dependable and he followed through. He was very timely, I couldn't have asked for more. He is a nice person to work with.
Did good job and good price. Personable.
The carpets are certainly cleaner - though several spots that he said would come out with no problem reappeared the same day as the carpet started to dry. The reason I would not recommend him has more to do with his continual talking that was at times unprofessional and inappropriate as he described other customers physical attributes and idiocy.
