We are both busy Johns Hopkins surgeons with one child and two big Labrador retrievers and our carpet takes a a beating. Luckily for us 5 years ago we discovered Chem Dry by Choice. Mr James Martin their superb tech is always on time, great to deal with and always goes the "extra mile" for us. I could not reccomend both ChemDry and James more highly you wont go wrong!!! This is quality firm with quality personnel.
On-time. No "over wetting". Carpets looked great!! Service Tech James was great! Will use them again!
