I have used Chem-Dry in Gresham for many years. They do an excellent job! The quality has always been really good and I have no complaints. I would highly recommend them. My carpets looks great and I had some nasty spots. I also have a dog that had some accidents and am so happy with the results in having those spots treated.
Poor follow-thru – I have used Chem-dry several times and have been very impressed with the quality of work and great follow-up immediately after my service, but not this time. I usually call a portland location, but since I live in Gresham decided to call a local office. This is where I went wrong!
