1 year ago I used them to clean the carpet of a rental I moved from, and the young man who worked for them did a wonderful job. I hired Chem Clean again when I moved this past week, and I was so shocked that the carpet still had spots on it. especially since it was the owner who did the actual cleaning this time. This company advertises 100 % satisfaction guaranteed but when the spots in my carpet reappeared inless than a week i called and asked them to come back out and re clean those areas and the owner refused and was sarcastic and beligerant. I had paid the full amount when the services were provided but no refund or recleaning. The owner called me names. I have had carpet cleaned for years but this company does not provide any customer service. I had confused them with Chem Dry. Big Mistake. They do a lousy job.
