I’ve been a patient here for 21 years, and yesterday was the first time I’ve ever felt disrespected enough to consider leaving. I arrived 8 minutes late due to a road closure that forced me to sit through multiple full light cycles. I have been coming to this practice for 19 years and never had an issue. Today I showed up for an 11:30 appointment at 11:40 because of a road closure on the way over from my office which is 30 minutes away. I’m about to push send on the pre-checkin info on the Jefferson portal and told by the front desk I have to reschedule because I am late. I apologized and explained the road closure. It’s actually refreshing to see another negative review of Richard Hyland. I would like to echo the experience another review had of having to push for this NP to take any symptom seriously. It’s an eye roll, or a huff and puff for a referral. And never mind when you get the office to call you back with the results. His answer is “everything’s normal” when second opinions always say otherwise.
