Rich and his colleague kindly came out after we had some problems with our boiler. He offered me dates i couldn't do but was able to come on a date suitable for me. Prompt and friendly, he sorted the issue and serviced the boiler. We were let down by another local company for a service. Rich is local to me so I will definitely use his services again. Thank you for your help today!

Terrible customer service skills. Tried to charge £80 for installing a waste hose from a washing machine without discussing cost. No additional quotes written up, no break down of costs in invoice. Gets very aggressive when discussing things over the phone AVOID
