BOOK YOUR PARKING SPOT BEFORE YOU GET THERE. Park staff are allowing vegetation to grow on overall surface so views are now obscured. We paid over $20 for parking (complicated if not done online in advance) even though the lot was deserted. Then we see four automobiles and two motorcycles parked illegally in wheelchair parking at crest of hill with loads of passengers piling out on to observation deck for free. (Open gate.) Beautiful area but no parking and to get into the parking lot, you need to make reservations before hand, before arriving. Saw 3 vehicles waiting to get in and the first one was trying to do the reservations right there with the others just waiting and almost sticking out in the road plus that first vehicle would not have been able to reverse or move out of the way without the other 2 backing up into the busy narrow street.. ridiculous set up
