I really appreciated how easy and detailed the online check-in experience was prior to my appointment as it saved a lot of time the day of my actual appointment. All of the staff at the office were very friendly, which is always appreciated. I really love Dr. Russ! She was very comprehensive and kind during the entire appointment/exam. Dr. Russ was took her time and listened to any concerns I may have had
I dont go to Thameside but she was the on-call doctor for Shoreline when I delivered my daughter. Her professionalism with my delivery is something my husband and I will never forget. The slipping of the cord over my daughter's head with no reaction to keep us at ease & her coaching me to deliver is less than 2 minutes was an amazing experience.
