Some nurses just have no business being a nurse! You call to talk to a nurse over the phone every single time, they are rude and treat you like you are stupid.
Every one is friendly clean and caring. Doctor caldwell and her staff Have always been so caring and listening to you when you ask questions I'd never go anywhere else.
They dont answer their phones! My sons been sick for over a month and they have done absolutely nothing for him!
Dr. Caldwell used to be located 10 minutes from us, but then she moved an hour away. She's so amazing that we now drive to see her. She is extremely thorough, caring and kind. I personally feel like she saved my child's life during the beginning of COVID, when my daughter spiked a 106 fever and we had no clue what was going on. She ended up having a rare bacterial infection and the only way to have found out was a stool sample.
