Terrible customer service no call backs. Bookkeeping off... not a good experience AT ALL!
Quick response to c pap questions and service. Highly recommend all you have to do is ask questions and they responded quickly.
Wish I could give them zero stars. Made me wait almost 2 months before I followed up and then they called me explaining how my insurance works with its deductible, which they restated several times, and that they were only offering a rental spread out over 12 months. I know how my insurance works, I will buy the equipment, this could have been handled with the original call 2 months ago. Absolute garbage experience. Do NOT use. Sleep medicine office made a note in my chart they sent the prescription here based on my request. Called a week later, giving it enough time to get through all the systems to schedule a time to pick up my machine. Was told then I would hear from them in 6 weeks. Called 9 weeks later and was told that not only do they have no record of my call, they have no record of my prescription being sent to them. Amazing staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. They’re always on top of things and make sure I have the right supplies. Other suppliers are hard to use/ deal with, ChelseaCare is well-integrated and efficient. Thanks so much !
