The staff at the A2 location are fantastic! so helpful and kind
I received a new CPAP prescription, and was told I needed to switch DME suppliers due to insurance coverage. I had my prescription sent here, but had problems reaching them repeatedly (always got a message that the voicemail inbox is full). After looking into it more, I found I could keep my existing supplier, and had my prescription sent there instead. Rude staff do not care about the customer. Had my CPAP repaired 2x and it needed a third NOPE. Manager wants to fight and win, BEE ESS. DO NOT USE these people. Don't lie, called ResMed and they said use another provider so I did !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Terrible customer service no call backs. Bookkeeping off... not a good experience AT ALL!
Quick response to c pap questions and service. Highly recommend all you have to do is ask questions and they responded quickly.
