Resident from Chelsea townhomes. I’ve been living with this old nasty infected sink for 2 months now. They brought it after changing my old broken sink of 8 months. I’ve been very patient despite the water issue they been overlooking. They left my bathroom like that. numerous times I went to the office and showed them pictures different pictures. Nothing has still been done. Small mittien files all over the place from the moisture of what they forgot to seal/fix.
I lost my cat here Nov 3rd of 2023, looked for her for months, put up fliers and everything and they kept getting taken down. Called the office and no body would do anything. The door was broken to where the air could just blow it open and they wouldn’t do anything about it. The apartment had holes and mold in it and they refused to fix it. I just wanted help finding my cat before I moved and they would not do anything to help me. I had her for 5 years and didn’t have any issues with my cat getting out or anything. I called the apartment community for some information and spoke with someone in the leasing office. Unfortunately, she was too busy to answer my questions and said she had to hang up. I understand that things can get busy, but it’s frustrating when you’re trying to gather information. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service moving forward.
