Trash every where on grass
Terrible management, they treat their tenants poorly.
Don't move here if want to get your money's worth. The playground that is listed as an amenity is not safe for use and 24 hour availability is absolutely a lie. Management is never in the office during "open hours" and it takes several phone calls/conversations with management to get them to actually send the maintenance guy to put a bandaid on whatever structural issue there is. But they have no problem sending him in 2-3 times a month for a radon testing...
