Had the AC go out twice in a year and they take forever to fix it. (3 months last year) do not rent. Total slum lords
Beautiful place for living
I was considering applying, but the reviews raised serious concerns. I decided to visit the complex in person, and unfortunately my experience confirmed those concerns. The dumpsters were overflowing, and trash was scattered throughout the grounds. Based on what I observed, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
CHELSEA IS THE BOMB DOT COM. I LOVEEE IT HERE. THE MANAGER MS T IS A LIFESAVER AND SHOUT OUT THE CRAZY WHITE DUDE WITH THE CANE HE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND ON POINT WHEN I GOT ISSUES. MAINTENANCE RECENT HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY KILLING IT. PROFESSIONAL COOL AND RELIABLE. MY BASEMENT FLOODED N THEY CAME N SAVED ME ASAP. MAD LOVE YALL. KNW I CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON YALL. Resident from Chelsea townhomes. I’ve been living with this old nasty infected sink for 2 months now. They brought it after changing my old broken sink of 8 months. I’ve been very patient despite the water issue they been overlooking. They left my bathroom like that. numerous times I went to the office and showed them pictures different pictures. Nothing has still been done. Small mittien files all over the place from the moisture of what they forgot to seal/fix.
