I disagree with what one of the other reviews said. In fact, this building is not even 50 years old yet. In my opinion, this condo building is absolutely amazing for a variety of reasons. First, it is near so many places that you are able to walk to, like Montgomery Mall, the ice rink, the park, the volleyball court, and the baseball court. My experience at Chelsea Tower Condo was disappointing. The staff was consistently rude and unprofessional, making it difficult to feel welcome or respected as a resident or guest. The building is over 60 years old and it shows—poor upkeep and outdated facilities. I ended up selling my unit in under 6 months a few years ago because the experience was that bad. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This condo building is absolutely amazing for a variety of reasons. First, it is near so many places that you are able to walk to, especially Montgomery Mall with so many stores, an ice rink, a park, a volleyball court, and a baseball court.
