I’ve asked the condo association multiple times for building schematics to determine whether the area containing black mold in my ceiling (above the hot water tank) is a common element. October 16 Following water damage from our kitchen sink on September 25, the issue was submitted under the condo’s master insurance policy. As of today, October 16, we have not yet received an update on when repairs will begin. The attached photo shows the current state of our kitchen. I disagree with what one of the other reviews said. In fact, this building is not even 50 years old yet. In my opinion, this condo building is absolutely amazing for a variety of reasons. First, it is near so many places that you are able to walk to, like Montgomery Mall, the ice rink, the park, the volleyball court, and the baseball court. Loud neighbors past curfew time besides that it’s good
My experience at Chelsea Tower Condo was disappointing. The staff was consistently rude and unprofessional, making it difficult to feel welcome or respected as a resident or guest. The building is over 60 years old and it shows—poor upkeep and outdated facilities. I ended up selling my unit in under 6 months a few years ago because the experience was that bad. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
