My experience at Chelsea Tower Condo was disappointing. The staff was consistently rude and unprofessional, making it difficult to feel welcome or respected as a resident or guest. The building is over 60 years old and it shows—poor upkeep and outdated facilities. I ended up selling my unit in under 6 months a few years ago because the experience was that bad. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
This condo building is absolutely amazing for a variety of reasons. First, it is near so many places that you are able to walk to, especially Montgomery Mall with so many stores, an ice rink, a park, a volleyball court, and a baseball court. Second, this building has a lot of features, like a pool, a community room in the basement, a tennis court above a parking lot, a fitness center in the basement, a residential bike room, two vending machines, 24/7 front desk service, and a great maintenance team, so that if something wit... read more
