Very good company. The staff is phenomenal, they are on top of things and make sure all parties involved are aware of everything needed. They respond quickly. I will continue to use them and I would recommend them to everyone.
I would give them 0 stars if I could !!! Worst experience I have Ever had working with a Title company, was with Chelsea Title Companies Clermont location! Mayra, NEVER returned multiple emails from myself, nor did she return phone calls from my husband, and this was just the beginning. They never completed the title search on the home we were buying from Their Seller, until the day before closing, and guess what??? There was a lien showing, imagine that, luckily OUR agent and team were able to get that taken care of quickly... read more
Awful experience for my buyers. The title rep lied the day of closing and told my buyers an AC repair was done and signed off by county they were only waiting for the county to process paperwork closing the permit. They needed a hold harmless signed. No document copies provided at closing, no survey provided until we asked for it. A week after closing the county inspector came by and failed the permit needing more repairs...which now falls on the buyers who were told it already passed inspection.
