Excellent customer service. Replied quickly to amendments in order. Delivery came earlier than expected. Overall best customer service experience i have had with any company to date.
Terrible Experience – Damaged Radiators and No Customer Support. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Chelsea Supplies. I ordered several radiators, and to avoid any damage during storage or ongoing work, I left them in their original packaging until about two weeks after delivery. My experience with Chelsea Supplies was the best ever! From online ordering to fast delivery. Delivery man was very helpful too although maybe he was not connected to their company but surely made the experience all together very pleasant. Chelsea packaged the product very well. They have used not just styrofoam but also strong plywood and thick bubblewrap throughout the product which made the product so safe and secure from any damage.
