Spent £2,500 on radiators. Four were the wrong size (my error). Initially told replacements would be delivered and originals collected. Then informed of a £25 per radiator “restocking/collection fee” (never mentioned in their terms). When challenged, they admitted it wasn’t in their policy, reduced it to £20, then refused collection altogether — insisting I deliver to Bolton myself. I have been trying to call Chelsea Supplies today for over 1.5 hours. I have been second in the queue for 30 minutes and first in the queue for an hour. No one answered. I know this is a Bank Holiday, but they have been working today. I have to say this was the most useless customer service I have ever experienced. Hopefully, some of the management will ask what's going on with customer support. I have to say I highly do not recommend this company.
Once again I re ordered my composite fencing as the price and quality is so good I decided to do my other fence. Same as first experience this was just as good. Delivery when said would be and at stated time. Van driver waheed was very polite and helped me take into back garden. Very thorough went through everything I ordered to make sure was there very chatty and friendly. Would definitely recommend this company.
