Chelsea was rushed and had an attitude. Other staff was amazing. On the phone before the visit the staff did mention that if my daughter test positive for strep that I will not need a swab to be treated since I have been exposed. Mentioned this to Chelsea and she responded in a condescending tone that this wasn’t true and I would need to be swabbed. She did not apologize or offer any advice, obviously I would have planned a little differently if I knew I had to be swabbed. Now I will have to go back to urgent care a second t... read more
