The building constantly smells like raw sewage and they have a known plumbing issue that leaks grey water into the parking structure. Greystar illegally charges for paint that would be within normal CA wear and tear. Be ready to pay 5 star prices for 1 star building. Don’t face 2nd street or else you’ll be hearing homeless people and constant honking (and people hitting their clickers for their cars in the parking structure.
