I am not a regular customer of this salon, but I visited a few months ago for a hair color appointment. While the staff were polite and welcoming, what followed was, sadly, a nightmare. I came in with healthy hair, excited for a simple color change. Instead, I left with severely damaged hair especially the front section, which broke off during or after the process.
