The team is incredible warm and friendly and empathetic. During a difficult time it’s exactly the environment I needed and significantly expedited my recovery. Would highly recommend
Assuming that you're thinking about this practice, reconsider. It is horrible - amateurish from the second you stroll in - where it truly starts to get terrible is once the session begins. I will leave it at that as I wouldn't feel awkward explaining, please do your research and go elsewhere.
