been using this place for years but question my last two visits particularly where I was sold an item for £15, only to notice it costs less than £3 at other locations.
Professional work by an experienced and personable plumber Mr Paul Ransom arrived to deal with a small leak from my cistern which was impacting the flat below. Within an hour the cistern was drained and a new Fill Valve with brass shank was fitted . Job done . What a relief ! Thank you . Michael Parkes.
Adam was rude and showed an unacceptable attitude to my problem The Venus radiator was faulty..twisted and did not fit brackets. I have given evidence of this. Told to wait 48 hours to hear from them. Meanwhile I have builders at great cost waiting to finish the job. My urgency was ignored. Customer service is below poor.
This is the only plumbing shop to go. Extremely helpful and informative. Stewart is excellent
