Last night, I contacted this service because I was experiencing an issue with my electric shower. The problem was that I didn't have hot water in the electric shower, despite having hot water everywhere else in the house, and the boiler was not the issue. Reza repaired the pressure valve on my hot water tank, replaced stuck gate valves and also replaced old radiator valves. His was courteous, punctual, friendly, explained what he was doing and why, didn't overcharge and left everything tidy and in excellent working order.
