Three months ago we made the decision to move Mom. We wanted a place that felt like a second home. At Chelsea Place, Mom has a private apartment where she is safe and has an excellent care team looking after her needs. They are all so friendly. Mom has made friends, loves the food and it is clean. I met with April, administrator at Chelsea Place. April was so kind and considerate. She answered all my questions and shared caring for my mom and all family members. April introduced me to all the staff. They were so friendly! I hope to move forward applying for residency for my mother. Really wonderful.
This place has been great. When we made the tough decision to place my mom in a facility, they made it feel like a second home. When you first walk in, Mona and Harriet immediately put you at ease with their big smiles. Then the admin and nurses, April, Iva, Ashley, and Eliza, truly get to know your loved one and what makes them unique. I would definitely recommend Chelsea Place for anyone in the same situation.
