The medical care portion of this facility is much better than average. The care personnel are consistent and reliable. A kind and caring staff. The financial portion of this business (such as patient billing and collection) needs significant improvement.
Staff was very professional and friendly. They were attentive to the residents as we observed them eating lunch. Facility clean and up to date. Activities schedule was provided. April was wonderful to work with- my questions were answered. She showed a true interest in making sure we felt welcomed.
Amy, our mother’s care giver has been great. She goes out of her way to accommodate any special requests we have and truly cares for the residents of Chelsea Place.
My family and I thank Brianna, Adriana, Liz, and many others who comforted my dad at various stages of his condition. You were ready to help him, with calmness and gentleness, and sometimes witt. You have a difficult job, but please know you are appreciated beyond words. A million thanks!!
We moved my dad in about 8 months ago. The staff has been great. Mitra turned out to be a caregiver that could get my dad to calm down. We appreciated all her efforts to keep him comfortable. She has a kind heart and is a good listener.
