Dr. Hendrix was professional and willing to listen attentively to my concerns. She paid attention to details and was willing to help me understand my care plans before leaving the office. I was so relieved despite being in excruciating pain. I know that great things are ahead!
I went in for issues swallowing, and maybe my problem wasn't severe enough, but Hendrix was not very informative on what could be causing my issue. Instead she just suggested an INVASIVE procedure or an X-ray test. I went with the X-ray and it came back with nothing abnormal. Now I have to pay her office $200+ on top of the X-ray for NOTHING.
Went to do a consultation. Perhaps it would be nice to have a nicer tone and represent organization in a manner it’s meant to be. I felt like Chelsea Hendrix was irritated or placed herself above me with her tone of voice toward me. I felt rushed as I was explaining my issues and not heard. Most definitively worst Gastro experience I have ever had. Next time I will ask for dr. Perhaps they wont appear to be so irritable to have to deal with patients and do the job they signed up for.
