I’ve stopped using this medical centre due to the chronically surly staff, both medical and reception. No one there seems to be happy to be there.

Have seen about 4 different gps at this clinic and they have all been lovely and not just rushing you through your appointment. My main Gp is Dr Eddie Chan and I would thoroughly recommend him as a knowledgeable, kind professional Gp. Reception staff always pleasant and helpful and Nurses also.

Very disappointing experience with the reception staff on multiple occasions, extremely rude when trying to organise appointments or ask for assistance. They seem annoyed or inconvenienced when approached with questions.The attitude of the reception staff has made me feel uncomfortable asking for help.

I have been delighted to have Dr Tehsin Huda as my doctor. He is extremely professional, listens and asks questions, he has been so thorough with my treatment and I have total confidence in his diagnosis and recommendations.

My doctor is the best but the receptionists are just the rudest on the phone. Have had enough very unprofessional doctors and the lady who manages the receptionist is the most unfriendly rudest person l have met. Am going elsewhere to another doctors
