Reading some of these reviews makes me realise how impatient and entitled some people can be I’ve been attending Chelsea Heights for over 10 years now and never not had a good experience. Over the last 2 years I’ve been consulting almost weekly with Dr Cameron Gibb in managing a chronic health condition. He has consistently listened and made time for any concerns I may have. Have previously used Chelsea Heights and was happy enough, had a mix of some great doctors and some pretty average ones too but being a large clinic could usually get an appointment and they bulk billed. Now with them no longer standard bulk billing is up to the discretion of the doctor AFTER the consultation. Was rather surprised to be paying $86.82 for a (late) 6 min telehealth call for my teenage child. Will be looking to go elsewhere when I know what I can expect to pay each time.
