Had a colonoscopy and gastroscopy done here and everything went very smoothly. The team was efficient and caring, and I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. I was nervous going into the experience but the nurses, anaesthesiologist and Dr Risvi made everything very easy. Very comfy seats too.
The invoice was $150 when my daughter pay over the phone and then charged $200
I went on Wednesday afternoon for a gastroscopy and colonoscopy. The staff were all very welcoming, kind and reassuring. Communication was fantastic, all my questions were answered and my comfort prioritised. I felt relaxed and calm minutes after walking in the door. Everyone was so professional and I wish I could give 20 stars. What is supposed to be a difficult experience went so much more smoothly than I could have hoped for. Very grateful and appreciative. Thank you.
