This is an amazing place. The reception staff, nurses, and doctor were all very friendly and professional. Everything was done on time, exactly as scheduled. Dr. Brindi is an excellent doctor. I highly recommend him and this place for a colonoscopy without hesitation. 10 out of 10!

Recieved a virus email directly from the centre, called to let them know, they are aware they have been hacked and are 'working on' informing pateints. Zero care or empathy that patient online privacy has been breached.

Compromised emails and did not send out any text/communication to warn people. Rang to inform them and gather information on it as it seemed official from them, and the person I spoke to said "IT are on it". I questioned why no one was warned prior and got no answer other than her saying they're aware, meanwhile clients were obviously not. They also rely on and use AI. Would not recommend.

Great experience here. Was admitted with care, the procedure went without a hitch, I got a healthy supply of biscuits after which was a pleasant bonus. Suran (admission) and Vanessa (recovery) were lovely and very kind in all parts of the process. Felt very looked after, which is exactly what you want in places like this! Hopefully I don't have to come back, but if I do, I'll be in good hands.
